The simple and functional elements stand out in the interior design of this small duplex apartment. It has a unique color palette where the white color is applied to the walls and ceilings along with the resin on the floors predominates.

Plywood has been used for the stairs and they seem to form a set with the simple kitchen furniture. As we have seen in: Small apartments, 10 ways to make them look cool, all the available spaces have been used, under the stairs, the refrigerator was located and they designed drawers that complement the whole of the kitchenette.

The bedrooms of the duplex apartment follow the minimalist trend, wood is used to form unitary sets giving harmony to the rooms. Next to the entrance to the bedrooms is formed by the closet and the door in a single unit.

The bathrooms (two in total for this duplex) look bright and spacious, white sanitaryware has been chosen with a conservative design and the ceramic tiles have been combined with a wooden wall following the style of the apartment. Wood is also used in bathrooms and also it’s important to apply for moisture protection and even better if it is a thermo-treated wood.

The duplex has a small space for study and reading located on the second floor. If was placed in an area that allows some privacy despite being a transition space.
